The Town Marshal is hereby authorized to determine and designate by temporary signs, areas in which the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles would create an especially hazardous condition or would cause unusual delay to traffic. When the temporary official signs are erected, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in any designated place, and the Town Marshal shall report particulars of the posting to the next duly called meeting of the Town Council.
