§ 71.03 BLOCKING ALLEYS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon an alley in a manner, or under conditions, as to block the driveway entrance of any abutting property, or to leave available less than ten feet of the width of the alley for free movement of vehicular traffic.
