The construction, design and placement of all traffic signs and signals erected shall be in compliance with current provisions of the Indiana Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, as provided by I.C. 9-21-4-2 and supplements and/or successor provisions of law. All signs and signals shall be maintained according to same.
