§ 70.01 HAZARDOUS STREETS AND AREAS; U-TURNS.
   (A)   The Town Marshal, in conjunction with the Street Superintendent, shall cause the curbing at areas of streets, which they determine to be potentially hazardous, to be painted yellow.
   (B)   The Town Marshal, in conjunction with the town’s Clerk-Treasurer shall maintain a record on file in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office, and upon request provide same to Council members and the public, of the location of the potentially hazardous areas, and the curbing painted yellow.
   (C)   The driver of a vehicle shall not turn the vehicle upon any street so as to proceed in the opposite direction within the town. The Marshal shall post appropriate signage before, and as a condition of, enforcement of this section.
