There shall be appointed by the President of the Village Board and approved by the Board of Trustees, a Board of Health in and for the Village, which said Board of Health shall consist of three (3) members who shall hold their offices until the end of the fiscal year in which they are appointed and until their successors are duly appointed. The President may at any time for sufficient cause, remove any member of said Board and appoint another for the unexpired term of the member thereof. (R.O. 1908, Ord. 41)
