The authority for administration of this title is hereby vested in the: a) plat officer and b) joint zoning and planning board. The joint zoning and planning board may also be designated as the "plan commission" in this title. The plat officer shall have the authority and responsibility as set forth in this title, subject to the authority of the plan commission and the limitations set forth in this title. Also, the duly appointed village engineer shall provide assistance as indicated in the respective provisions of this title. (Ord. 2005-09, 12-19-2005)
