(A) The subdivider shall provide the subdivision with a complete water main supply system consisting of mains at least six inches (6") in diameter, which shall be connected to the village water system. The water supply system shall also include appropriate fittings, valves, and fire hydrants.
(B) The plans for the installation of a water main supply system shall be prepared by the subdivider with the cooperation of the village water department and the village engineer. Upon completion of the water supply installation, one copy of the plans for such system as built shall be filed with the village. The subdivider shall obtain any required permits from any other agency having jurisdiction, including the Illinois environmental protection agency.
(C) The water supply system shall be installed in accordance with the plans and specifications that have been submitted by the subdivider and approved by the duly appointed village engineer, which shall comply with the most recent edition of the "Standard Specifications For Water And Sewer Main Construction In Illinois".
(D) Fire hydrants shall be provided at no more than six hundred foot (600') intervals.
(E) The maximum line tap for a residence into the village waterline is a one inch (1") tap line. No tap line to a residence of any type, single-family or multiple-family, may exceed one inch (1") unless specific permission is granted by the modification process as set forth in chapter 7 of this title.
