Regarding a route beginning at the intersection of West Front Street and Main Street (County Highway 13); thence proceeding westerly on West Front Street to Franklin Street; thence proceeding northerly on Franklin Street to the intersection of Franklin Street and Hussemann Street (Illinois Route 116) at which point said truck route ends, all being situated in the Village of Roanoke:
(A) The load limit of two (2) tons is hereby imposed on the route mentioned in this section so that no type of vehicle together with its load weighing more than two (2) tons may proceed on said route.
(B) Any vehicle violating said load limit regarding the above designated route shall be subject to a fine of a minimum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per occurrence but not exceeding seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per occurrence. (Ord. 2018-03, 6-4-2018)
