It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to make a "U" turn in the middle of a block or at any place where such turns are prohibited by ordinance. (Ord. 66-3, 5-2-66)
No one will be permitted to make any "U" turns on Main Street between Broad Street and Ann Street.
Anyone making a "U" turn after the effective date of this Ordinance, shall be subject to a fine and shall be cited by any police official who discovers a person to be in violation of this Ordinance.
The fine that will be given to an individual will be the fine set forth within the Village Code of the Village. However, under no circumstances will the fine be less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) and under no circumstances will it exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 1986-5, 10-20-86)
