It shall be unlawful for any person to connect, or cause to be connected any sanitary sewer or other tile or drain carrying, or to carry, any sewage or matter other than unpolluted water to the storm water sewers of the village, and it shall be unlawful to make or cause to be made any sanitary sewer connection with lateral storm water sewers which may be connected with said storm water sewers.
