No unauthorized person shall maliciously, wilfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the public sanitary sewerage system of the village. Any person violating this provision shall be charged with the commission of a misdemeanor and placed under arrest. (Ord. 1967-6, 6-13-1967)
