7-1-4: SALE OF DISEASED ANIMALS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale any sick or diseased animal, poultry or fish or the flesh of any sick, diseased or otherwise unwholesome dead animal, poultry or fish or any unsound or unwholesome provisions or articles to be used for food or any adulterated or pernicious milk, drink or liquors. (R.O. 1908, Ord. 8)
