(A) Village Lagoon:
1. There will be no trespassing at the village lagoon or any property immediately confined by the fence around the village lagoon.
2. Appropriate signs stating "No Trespassing" will be placed in locations around the lagoon in such a manner as to be immediately visible to all the public.
3. Any disrepair or holes in the fence surrounding the lagoon and barring access will be immediately repaired upon passage of this subsection (A).
4. The fine for violating this trespassing ordinance will be fifty dollars ($50.00) per offense. (Ord. 1991-7, 7-1-1991)
