6-1-27: UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLAGES:

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly suffer or permit any assemblage for the purpose of disturbance of the peace or of committing any unlawful act or breach of the peace or any riotous, offensive, tumultuous or disorderly conduct, in or upon any premises owned or occupied by him or under his control. (R.O. 1908, Ord. 11)
