6-1-21: LOITERING:
All persons who shall loiter about any street corner or in the vicinity of any church, place of amusement, hotel or other public place or about or in the entrance leading to any public hall or building or any business house, thereby obstructing any sidewalk or street or interfering with the public convenience and who shall refuse or neglect to disperse when requested by any Village officer, or the owner or occupant of the building or buildings adjacent, or their agents, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
