6-1-20: LEWDNESS:
   (A)   Indecent Language: It shall be unlawful for any person to use any indecent, profane, vulgar or obscene language in any public place.
   (B)   Indecent Exposure: It shall be unlawful for any person to publicly, purposely, make an indecent exposure of his or her person, or appear in any indecent or lewd dress, or in a state of nudity, or to be guilty of any other lewd or indecent act or behavior.
   (C)   Indecent Books, Statues: It shall be unlawful for any person to exhibit, sell or offer to sell, any indecent, obscene or lewd book, picture, statue or other like thing, or to exhibit or perform any indecent, lewd or obscene play, exhibition or other representation.
   (D)   Obscene Markings: It shall be unlawful for any person, in any place open to the public view, to write, mark, draw, cut or make any obscene, lewd or indecent word, sentence, design or figure. (R.O. 1908, Ord. 10)
