6-1-19: KILLING, INJURING CERTAIN ANIMALS:

(A) Birds: It shall be unlawful for any person within the Village to shoot, injure or capture any bird, or to intentionally destroy or injure the nest eggs of any bird. (R.O. 1908, Ord. 11)

(B) Squirrels: No squirrel or squirrels shall be killed within the Village at any season of the year. (Ord. 50, 8-3-08)
