It shall be unlawful for any person within the village limits to indecently exhibit any stallion, bull, jackass or other animal in any public place, or to let any such animal, except in an enclosed and covered place out of view, or to let any such animal within ordinary hearing distance of any occupied dwelling house, or to keep, stand or let any animal in such a place or in such a manner as to disturb the peace and quiet of any neighborhood or family.
