The President and Board of Trustees of the Village ordain that the regulations of the State Fire Marshal pertaining to the storage of volatile materials and all other items that may be pertinent to the Village and the residents of the Village are adopted in their entirety as they currently exist and as they are amended from time to time.
The Village Attorney is empowered and directed to stay abreast of such regulations so that it can be determined if anyone is in violation of those regulations from time to time, so that they can be appropriately notified to comply with the State laws that are hereby adopted and made part of the Village Code.
