No person shall burn, or cause to be burned, any hay, straw or other combustible material within any street, alley or other public place in the Village without the permission of the President of the Board of Trustees, or within twenty feet (20') of any house, barn, shed, fence or wooden buildings.
It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully kindle or leave any fire, or to deposit or use any dangerous, combustible or inflammable material or liquid or substance in any such manner as to cause damage or injury to any building or other property, or in such a manner as to endanger any buildings or other property within the Village.
