Whenever any such moving building or structure approaches any fire alarm wire or pole which shall be endangered by the moving of such building or structure, the mover shall notify the chief of the Roanoke fire protection district at least six (6) hours before reaching such wire or pole so that they may be removed or protected by the village or fire protection district authorities.
