Whenever it shall be necessary to interfere with any wires or cables of a public utility in the moving of any building or structure, the terms of any special or franchise ordinance governing the wires or cables shall apply and the bond therein specified shall be given. If no such terms apply, then the director of inspections shall estimate the expense of cutting and repairing the wires and the bond to be given to cover such expense. (Ord. 2003-11, 9-2-2003)
