4-2-8: WARNING LIGHTS AND SIGNS REQUIRED:
Whenever any street, alley or sidewalk is obstructed by any building or structure being moved thereon, written warnings to that effect shall be placed thereon by the persons engaged in the moving, adequate to warn vehicles and persons entering that portion of the public way so obstructed.
Such persons engaged in the moving shall keep warning lanterns or lights upon the building or structure after dusk and before dawn so as to warn any person or vehicle against collision with the building or structure. (Ord. 2003-11, 9-2-2003)
