CIRCUS: Shall include every building, tent or enclosed space where feats of horsemanship, acrobatic sports or animals are exhibited.
SIDESHOW: Shall include every building, tent or enclosed space where any feats or tricks of legerdemain are performed, or other amusement is made to attract persons, or where money or other valuable thing is charged for admission thereto, accompanying any circus. (1974 Code)
