All licenses which may be issued under any provisions of this code shall be subject to all provisions of this code in force at the date of their issue, and which shall be passed during the continuance of such license; and all licenses so granted may be revoked by the board of trustees upon a satisfactory showing that the party licensed has violated any provision of any code provision.
