§ 51.03 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION OF WATER OR PLUMBING FIXTURE TO SEWER OR WATER LINE.
   No water or plumbing fixture shall be installed and no building or toilet fixture shall be connected with a public sanitary sewer or a water line without first obtaining a plumbing permit.
