(A) It shall be the duty of every person owning, managing, leasing, occupying or operating any premises to have at least one, but no more than two 90-gallon rollout containers for the deposit of all garbage. The city will provide the first rollout receptacle. Any additional container may be purchased from the city at a set rate. Such container shall be placed at the street or in the alley on the day of collection.
(B) No person shall deposit any garbage within the corporate limits of the city except in the garbage residential containers as above specified.
