§ 34.04 CITY MANAGER/BUDGET OFFICER.
   (A)   The office of City Manager is hereby established pursuant to G.S. §§ 160A-147 through 160A-151 and Charter Art. IV.
   (B)   Pursuant to G.S. § 159-9, the City Manager is hereby authorized to perform the duties of Budget Officer.
