§ 34.01 CITY CLERK.
   (A)   The office of City Clerk is hereby established pursuant to G.S. § 160A-171 and Charter § 5.2.
   (B)   Pursuant to G.S. § 159-24, the City Clerk is hereby authorized to perform the duties of City Finance Director.
