§ 33.01 PUBLIC ENTERPRISES; OPERATION WITHOUT FRANCHISE PROHIBITED.

No person shall operate an enterprise as designated by G.S. § 160A-311 within the city without first obtaining a franchise from the city, nor shall any person continue to operate such enterprise after the expiration of such franchise, except as provided by law.
