§ 32.01 INELIGIBILITY TO HOLD CITY OFFICE OR SPECIAL LICENSE FOR FAILURE TO PAY TAXES.
   Any person failing to pay his or her taxes, and who thereby becomes a delinquent or insolvent, shall be ineligible to hold any city office, by election or appointment, and shall not be granted the privilege of conducting any business for which a special license is required.
