§ 31.098 FUNCTIONS.

   The Library Advisory Committee shall perform the following functions:

   (A)   To assist in the formulation of plans of the library for the city;

   (B)   To make recommendations to the City Manager and City Council from time to time with respect to the library programs, facilities, resources and needs of the city;

   (C)   To advise with the City Manager with respect to the conduct of library programs and activities;

   (D)   To assist in the coordination of the city library program with that of private, public or semipublic agencies; and

   (E)   To perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Council.
