§ 31.096 COMPOSITION; TERMS OF OFFICE; VACANCIES.
   The Library Advisory Committee shall be composed of nine members to be appointed by the City Council.
   (A)   Members appointed shall serve a term of three years and until their successors are appointed and qualified. No member shall serve more than two consecutive terms.
   (B)   Members of the Library Advisory Committee shall serve without compensation.
