§ 31.083 SUBMISSION OF BUDGET REQUEST TO CITY COUNCIL.
   Not later than April 1 of each year, the Beautification Committee shall submit in writing to the City Council its requested budget of funds needed for operation during the ensuing fiscal year. All accounts and funds of the Commission shall be administered in accordance with the requirements of G.S. §§ 159-24 to 159-38.
