§ 31.066 ACCEPTANCE OF FUNDS.
   The Committee is hereby authorized to solicit and receive funds from private or public sources for historic preservation activities with the approval of the City Council. Funds solicited and received for public use shall be appropriately deposited with the city and appropriated for proper use by the City Council.
