§ 31.062 COMPOSITION; TERMS OF OFFICE; VACANCIES.
   The Historic Preservation Advisory Committee shall be composed of nine members to be appointed by the City Council as follows.
   (A)   Three members shall be appointed to serve a term of one year, three members shall serve a term of two years, and three members shall serve a term of three years and until their successors are appointed and qualified. All terms shall be for three years thereafter. Appointments shall comply with the City Council Appointment Policy. Vacancies shall be filled as they occur for the unexpired term.
   (B)   In making appointments to the Committee, the Mayor and City Council shall seek to appoint persons who possess skills, experience and interest in the preservation of historic properties.
   (C)   The members of the Committee shall serve without pay.
