§ 31.061 FUNCTIONS.
   The Historic Preservation Advisory Committee shall perform the following functions:
   (A)   Provide input and guidance in the formulation of plans for preserving historic properties in the city;
   (B)   Encourage and assist in the development or adaptive reuse of historic properties in the city;
   (C)   Facilitate and coordinate activities to preserve public and private historic properties in the city;
   (D)   Develop public educational and informational activities related to the preservation of historic properties and resources in the city;
   (E)   Seek voluntary compliance and adherence to preserving historic properties in the city;
   (F)   Facilitate the coordination of historic preservation efforts by various agencies and groups involved in the city;
   (G)   Seek funds from various private and public sources for historic preservation activities; and
   (H)   Perform other duties related to historic preservation in the city as may be assigned by City Council.
