§ 31.015 DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION; OFFICE OF DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION ESTABLISHED.
   Subject to the general control and supervision of the City Manager, there is hereby created the Department of Parks and Recreation and the office of Director of Parks and Recreation.
