§ 150.078 DUTY OF INSPECTION DEPARTMENT REGARDING HOUSING.
   The Planning and Development Department shall be responsible for the enforcement of any ordinances or codes adopted by the City Council relating to the repair, closing and demolition of dwellings unfit for human habitation, pursuant to G.S. Ch. 160D.
