§ 150.039 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
   When proper application for a permit has been made and the Planning and Development Department is satisfied that the application and the proposed work comply with the provisions of this chapter and the appropriate regulatory codes, such permit shall be issued upon payment of the proper fee or fees as hereinafter provided in § 150.043.
