§ 132.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A juvenile who violates any provision of this chapter is subject to being adjudicated delinquent. The court may, in its discretion, impose any dispositional alternative(s) that is/are provided to the State Juvenile Code for any juvenile who is delinquent.
   (B)   Any person other than a juvenile who violates any provision of this chapter may be guilty of the misdemeanor contributing to delinquency and neglect by parents and others under G.S. § 14-316.1, and said person will be charged and prosecuted for said violation through the State Courts of North Carolina.
