§ 131.02 POSSESSION OF WEAPONS WHILE INTOXICATED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his or her immediate possession and control any firearm, or other deadly weapon, while under the influence of intoxicating drink, or at the premises of a church, polling place or public assembly.
