§ 117.11 ADMINISTRATOR TO ISSUE REGISTRATION; PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE A PREREQUISITE.
   After receipt of the completed application and payment of the registration fee, if the Administrator believes that no reason exists for refusal of a registration under § 117.09 of this chapter, the Administrator shall issue the registration.
