§ 116.11 LOCATIONAL RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   Adult establishments may be permitted in certain zoning districts as permitted by this chapter, provided that an adult establishment shall not be located or operated within 1,500 feet of:
      (1)   A church, synagogue or regular place of worship;
      (2)   A public or private elementary or secondary school;
      (3)   A public library;
      (4)   A public park or playground;
      (5)   A licensed daycare center;
      (6)   An entertainment business that is oriented primarily towards children;
      (7)   Another adult establishment;
      (8)   Any building used as a dwelling; or
      (9)   A boundary of any residential zoning district.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, measurements shall be made in a straight line, without regard to intervening structures or objects, from the nearest portion of the lot line used as part of the premises where an adult establishment is conducted, to the nearest line of the premises of any use listed in division (A) above.
