§ 114.046 REVOCATION.
   At any time after the issuance of a taxicab driver’s permit, the City Council may revoke such permit if the person holding such permit is convicted of: a felony; a violation of any federal or state statute relating to the use, possession or sale of intoxicating liquors; a violation of any federal or state statute relating to the use, possession or sale of narcotic drugs; repeated violations of laws or provisions of this code or other ordinances of the city relating to traffic; a violation of any state or federal statute relating to prostitution; or becomes a habitual user of intoxicating liquors or narcotic drugs.
