Any person operating a public dance in violation of this subchapter shall be subject to having the permit for such dance revoked by the City Council. Such permit may be revoked by the Chief of Police, Police Lieutenant or police duty officer after the owner or operator has been notified by such officer that the dance is not being properly operated in accordance with the terms and provisions of this subchapter.
