§ 111.30 DEFINITION
   For the purpose of this subchapter, PUBLIC DANCE shall mean any form of entertainment or amusement at which dancing is permitted and the privilege of dancing is dependent upon the payment of a paid admission, cover charge, minimum charge or any other payment of money or thing of value.
