§ 99.08 FALSE ALARM FINES.

(A) The holder of an alarm registration or the person in control of an alarm system shall be subject to fines for false alarms emitted from an alarm system based upon the following schedule: each false alarm: $50 fine.

(B) Any person operating a non-registered alarm system will be subject to a citation and assessment of a $50 municipal ordinance fine in addition to the false alarm fine.
