(A) The hours and operation of the Rochelle Pond shall be from sunrise to sunset.
(B) No parking is allowed on Harvey Circle right-of-way after sunset.
(C) No wading or swimming is allowed in the pond.
(D) Fishing shall be catch and release only.
(E) Disruptive conduct is not allowed.
(F) Motorized boats are prohibited from being on the pond.
(G) Littering is prohibited.
(H) Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are prohibited.
(I) Use of the pond is at one’s own risk. The city assumes no responsibility for accidents and injuries.
