(A) No person shall remove, destroy, vandalize, scar, mutilate, injure or take any plants, animals, signs or structures on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property.
(B) Littering, dumping and polluting are prohibited on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property.
(C) Motorized vehicles are prohibited on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property.
(D) The Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property parking lot is for trail users only and shall not be used for fishing purposes.
(E) Camping is prohibited on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property.
(F) No horses are allowed on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property.
(G) Only pets on a leash shall be allowed on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property.
(H) No hunting, trapping, hunting weapons or trapping equipment is allowed on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property.
(I) No explosives or fireworks are allowed on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property.
(J) No fires are allowed on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property.
(K) Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property. No persons who are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol are allowed on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property.
(L) Drunk and disruptive conduct is not allowed on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc., property.
(M) The hours of operation on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property shall be from sunrise to sunset. Persons on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property after hours shall be considered trespassing, unless in performance of assigned duties.
(N) Structures such as fences, buildings, shelters, tree houses and the like, are prohibited on the Roanoke Canal Commission, Inc. property without written authorization.
